Technical Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the preparation of project design and development plans;
2, responsible for the preparation and approval of the technical terms of the design bidding documents;
3, coordinate with the design sub-contractor, each professional and design sub-contractor contact, responsible for the professional data, information transmission, records;

Conditions of employment:

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture;
2. More than 8 years working experience, including at least 3 years working experience in large grade a design institute;
3, serious and responsible work, pay attention to team cooperation, with strong communication and coordination and management design institute ability;
4. Familiar with the real estate construction design process and relevant government laws and regulations, with strong communication and coordination and anti-pressure ability; Have strong professional drawing review ability and grasp ability;
