AMETEK Crystal 15KPSIXP2I-FWV (System F) Complete Pressure Calibration System
1. Product Overview
15KPSIXP2I-FWV is the AMETEK Crystal System F high-pressure complete pressure calibration system (Pump System). It combines an XP2i digital gauge (0–15000 psi / 1000 bar) with a T-1-CPF high-pressure hydraulic hand pump in a custom case, ready to use out of the box for calibrating high-pressure gauges, switches and transmitters in the field and lab.
Per Crystal's system table, System F is the 0–15000 psi / 1000 bar high-pressure system with a T-1-CPF hand pump; within this system FWV is the distilled-water version and includes a high-pressure hose to extend reach during calibration (FOV is the oil version). The kit contains the XP2i gauge, T-1 pump, high-pressure hose, MPF15K/MPF-1/4BSPF fittings, bonded seals and a custom carrying case.
The XP2i gauge has a die-cast nickel-plated marine-grade aluminum case, IP66/IP67, intrinsic safety (ATEX/IECEx/CSA), −10 to +50°C compensation and ~562 g. The whole kit is a portable solution for high-pressure hydraulic, oil/gas wellhead and process high-pressure calibration.
