1. Product Overview
5KPSIXP2I-DWX is the AMETEK Crystal System D (P-Series hydraulic comparator) complete pressure cali bration system. It combines an XP2i digital gauge (5000 psi) with a P-018-CPF hydraulic screw pump in an aluminum case, ready to use out of the box for calibrating gauges, switches and transmitters in the field and lab.
Per Crystal, System D (P-Series) covers 0–5000 psi / 350 bar in oil or water: DWX is the water version (distilled water); DOX is oil. It uses a P-018-CPF screw pump for fine pressure control. The kit contains the 5000 psi XP2i gauge (1/4 NPT male), P-018 pump, MPF-1/4FPT and MPF-1/4BSPF fittings, bonded seals and an aluminum carrying case.
The XP2i gauge has a die-cast nickel-plated marine-grade aluminum case, IP66/IP67, intrinsic safety (ATEX/IECEx/CSA), −10 to +50°C compensation, standard 0.1% of reading accuracy and ~562 g. The kit is a portable mid-to-high-pressure hydraulic and process calibration solution.
