The WDG-V uses a heated zirconium-oxide (ZrO2) oxygen cell to measure O2 in flue gas; the cell sits in a precision temperature-controlled furnace, and a thermocouple senses and feeds back the furnace temperature so the cell holds a constant high temperature and measurement accuracy is maintained. When the original thermocouple ages, fails or drifts, 7000-839-TE is the OEM replacement kit, including the parts needed for field fitting, restoring normal O2 measurement.
This is a WDG-V-specific spare; do not mix it with thermocouples for other analyzers.
