Druck PM620 Modular Pressure Module
1. Product Overview
The PM620 is Druck's (Baker Hughes) modular pressure measurement module for the DPI 620 / DPI 620G Genii multifunction calibration system. It uses digital-output sensor technology; a simple screw fit makes both the pressure and electrical connections without tools, tape, cables or plugs. Digital characterization stores calibration data on the module, so range modules swap without setup or calibration.
The family covers wide ranges: gauge 25 mbar–200 bar (0.36–3000 psi) and absolute 350 mbar–1000 bar (5–15000 psi) when used with the MC620; maximum pneumatic pressure is 500 bar (7250 psi). Accuracy is offered in standard and TERPS high-accuracy grades (total uncertainty 0.0125% FS). An intrinsically safe version is the PM620-IS.
Because the PM620 has many ranges and accuracy grades, the exact range and accuracy are set by the full order number; please provide the full model or email us to confirm.

7. FAQ
Q1: What is the PM620?
A: Druck's modular pressure measurement module for the DPI 620 / DPI 620G Genii, tool-free swap and plug-and-play.
Q2: What ranges?
A: Gauge 25 mbar–200 bar, absolute 350 mbar–1000 bar; max pneumatic 500 bar. Exact range per order number.
Q3: Accuracy?
A: Standard and TERPS high-accuracy grades; TERPS total uncertainty is 0.0125% FS.
Q4: Do I recalibrate when swapping ranges?
A: No — calibration data is digitally characterized on the module, so modules plug in and work.
Q5: Is there an intrinsically safe version?
A: Yes — PM620-IS.
Q6: How do I choose?
A: Decide range, gauge/absolute, accuracy grade and intrinsic safety. Please send the full order number or email us to verify.
