1. Product Overview
ETACHROM BC040-160/552 C11 is a KSB Etachrom B-series horizontal single-stage close-coupled (monoblock) ring-casing centrifugal pump, with ratings and main dimensions to EN 733 (formerly DIN 24255). Unlike cast-iron Etabloc, Etachrom wetted parts are stainless steel 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) for better corrosion resistance, suited to food/beverage, brewery, chemical and mildly corrosive fluids.
The pump casing bolts directly to the motor flange (no coupling), with a maintenance-free mechanical seal (EN 12756) and impeller trim-to-duty.
